These Terms of Service set out the rules for using the HaloZen website and buying our products. By using our site you agree to these terms.

Our products

HaloZen sells plush companions that contain a personal safety alarm. Our products are a deterrent aid designed to draw attention in a situation where you feel unsafe — they are not a guarantee of safety and are not a substitute for the emergency services. In an emergency, always contact the police.

Orders & pricing

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We do our best to keep product details and prices accurate, but errors can occasionally occur; we reserve the right to correct them.
As every plush is handmade, the item you receive may vary slightly from the photos.

Intellectual property

The HaloZen name, logo, content and imagery are owned by us and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

Acceptable use

Please don't misuse the site or attempt to disrupt it. Product content is provided for your personal, non-commercial use.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, HaloZen is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
