Everything you need to know about how we get your HaloZen to you — and what to do if something isn't right.

Shipping

• Free UK delivery on orders over £30.
• Every guardian is carefully packed and ships gift-boxed, ready to give.
• We aim to dispatch orders within a few working days; you'll receive confirmation when yours is on its way.

Returns & exchanges

• If you change your mind, you can return an unused item in its original packaging within 30 days for a refund or exchange.
• To start a return, email halozenllc@gmail.com with your order details and we'll guide you through it.
• This does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty or damaged items

We check every order before it ships, but if anything arrives faulty or damaged, please email us within 14 days with a photo and we'll put it right with a replacement or refund.
